Hope you had a good week!

Congratulations to all the competitors who ran in last Sunday’s Maroubra run with all results published on the AE website. Also, well done to our trophy winners with Jim and Rosie getting 1st in their age group and Rocco, Rose and Barb getting 2nd in their age group. You are all winners!

And what a great 20th birthday celebration on Saturday night, thanks to all the organisers and check out the AE website for all the photos and winners of the trophies.

Barbara Lake – Special award for competing in the most point score runs throughout the year

What’s on this week:

· Thursday training with Ken Cross is on tonight at ES Marks Track at Randwick commencing at 6pm!

The Saturday morning long run is meeting at 7.30 and we are running down to Bondi to check out the “Sculptures by the Sea”, then along the foreshore via Tamarama and to Bronte and then back to the park, approx. 12km.

· The 8.00 5km walkers and runners are also meeting as usual.

Monday training with Wayne is on at 6.30pm, meeting in front of the Paddington gates and is followed by dinner at the Dove and Olive in Surrey Hills.
